I understand we all deserve a break in the middle of a never-ending day of work; that putting the heads and thoughts into something other than work is good not to go mad; that the beauty of a hot body keeps blood running. But something I really don't understand is why guys feel the need to pollute one of the coolest communities for random daily inspiration with their erotic pictures. I’m not a fucking prude, but I know where to find my porn as well as how to keep it to myself.

    While I posted a similar sentiment about keeping drunken party shots, amateur modeling pics, homemade/amateur porn & webcam pictures (and only self-serving shots of ones self) in a separate post; and while I too prefer the more "wow" shots - be they design, clever, funny, witty, a stunning illustration or photo - I do not agree with your comment (in the description) entirely. I do not mind nudity or eroticism if it's a really good photograph. I just don't think many pics qualify. That is all.

    (Cont.) Erotic and/or nude pictures can quite often be very well done and/or inspiring, and those ones *do* deserve to be here. However, I do agree that there is often an overload of only these images that don't meet the "wow" criteria I used to expect of piccsy, and I certainly agree that many of the photos being uploaded lately look more like someone's personal Facebook photo album. I too would like to see more creative and impresive images. Thanks for reading!

    Thanks everybody for the kind support. As I said to Daniel and Theodor [from Piccsy team], I am utterly against any kind of censure, and there are a lot of other not-so-interesting themes being posted everyday. However this is a matter of good sense. I have absolutely nothing against nudity. In fact there are a good number of pieces I have worked on with nude content. [Continues]

    What was really annoying me [and sorry if I made this personal] was the large amount of bad-taste-nearly-pornographic pictures that started to take over. The Piccsy Team came up with two brilliant solutions: the NSFW filter and the Hello-Kisses project, both being – unfortunately – neglected by a minority for whom Piccsy is only their free platform to share what they [for whatever reason] wouldn’t post wherever is more suitable.

    @Xina62. Thank you for your kind remark. I just think it's a shame, as there are very simple steps that can be easily taken by those who post those kind of pictures.
