In the summer of 1998, James and Gwendolyn Jurney founded Seize sur Vingt on Elizabeth Street in the NoLita (“North of Little Italy”) neighborhood of Manhattan. Following the tradition of the bespoke clothier, they began making finely tailored clothing for men and women, whose fabrics and fit are both youthful and elegant. They design and produce menʼs and women’s ready-to-wear and made-to-measure shirts, suits, sportswear, shoes, and beautifully made accessories.
